As described and in original manufactures packaging. Installed in my machine in less that 5 min. Machine now works perfectly. I am happily caffeinated again.
Product was shipped within one day of ordering. Shipping from Germany to Albany New York took 2.5 weeks and cost 3 times more than the part. But the part was not available in the US.
